Did You Know ...
... that you are a member of the Alex Hope Elementary
School PAC? That's right! Every parent and/or guardian of
a student is a member. You are invited to attend every
General Meeting and every family is entitled to
vote on all proposals and motions that are
put forward at the General Meetings.
PAC Executive members are simply parents that have
taken on specific positions within the PAC. Elections
for all executive positions are held each spring and any
PAC member can run for any executive position.
The PAC Executive members provide monthly reports at
PAC meetings to keep everybody up to date about what is
happening. At every PAC General Meeting, anybody can
ask questions or make suggestion.
